

Video Automation
This video template was developed to support a large-scale international campaign planned for late 2024. The objective was to produce a high volume of localised video assets tailored for multiple countries, with flexible durations and dimensions to suit a range of platforms – including Meta, Instagram, YouTube and their respective safe zone requirements.

The final template powered the creation of over 1,000 unique video iterations.

I used Storyteq to build the automation framework, paired with Microsoft Excel to structure and feed the batch data. Key elements such as the game logo, gameplay footage, language and promotional offers were set up as dynamic fields, allowing for extensive variation and effective A/B testing.

This project marked a major milestone in how we scale video production at PokerStars - enabling fast, efficient rollouts at a level we had never achieved before. It not only boosted our creative output but also laid the foundation for a more data-driven, responsive video strategy.
